During her consultation, Sumeyra expressed how much she loved the pond behind her venue and wanted to incorporate it into her photos. I had planned for a series of photos on the other side of the water but the week of their wedding it had been raining a LOT.

On their wedding day, I arrived early to see how wet the grass was. Unfortunately, the grass was filled with puddles and wet spots. I was finally able to find a spot behind the chapel that was just dry enough to work! The only problem was you had to walk through wet, mushy grass to get there.

I suggested Ismail carry her to that spot and they said agreed. I am so glad they trusted me because we were able to get some beautiful photos and videos of them with the water in the background!
