SHOOTING STYLE | My priority is to document the memories while you make them! When you look back through your images, I want you to feel the joy and beauty of your wedding day. There will be times I take charge (such as formal portraits) while other times I am in the background capturing those candid moments between you and loved ones.
NUMBER OF IMAGES | You will receive an average of 75-100 images per hour of coverage. The total number of images in a gallery varies based on length of coverage, number of photographers, number of guests, etc.
SMARTPHONE VIDEOGRAPHER | The iPhone videographer uses a smart phone to capture raw, behind the scenes moments throughout your wedding day. You will receive a Dropbox folder link containing all of the moments captured!
EDITING | All couples receive a curated gallery of edited images. Editing includes color correction, cropping, straightening, sharpening, and lighting adjustments. I do light touch ups on skin and removing distractions from the background.
POSING | I love guiding couples through poses that are simple and natural. I will guide you through poses that highlight your personality as a couple so you feel comfortable and confident.
COMMONLY ASKED ABOUT TOPICS
TRAVEL | All packages include up to two hours of travel. Travel fees beyond 2 hours, vary based on destination and time of year. For most drivable destinations:
1-2 hours | free travel
2-4 hours of travel | one hotel night + $.72/mi
4+ hours of travel | two hotel nights + $.72/mi
DATE CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS | In the event of a wedding date change, I will check my calendar to see if I have your new date available. If I do, I will change your date on my calendar with no fees. If I am unavailable, you will have the option of working with one of my associate photography team or getting a partial refund on monies paid. Your booking fee of 30% is non-refundable as well as the fees for any completed portrait sessions.
BOOKING | A signed agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date on the RLP calendar. All final payments are due one month before your wedding date. Payment plans are available upon request.
